We use only top choice meat, fresh fish, extra virgin olive oil and fresh vegetables.Our Chef de Cuisine Zahra Mostashari has challenged herself to produce each and every menu item with a "Flame Value" in mind - elements of each dish that speak out to its uniquely healthful and nutritional nature.
